FAQ: Is there on site parking available?

There is ample site parking with two designated car spaces provider under a sailed carport structure with a further two driveway spaces available for parking.


FAQ: Are we required to pay a security bond?

Yes we do charge a security bond which is designed to cover any costs incurred due to and including but not limited to, any damage, breakage, theft or any excess cleaning requirements and / or additional guests beyond that agreed etc. The security bond will be refunded following checking of the property and at the discretion of our property manager in all matters - View our terms & conditions.


FAQ: Are pets allowed?

No - pets are not permitted under any circumstance.


FAQ: Is cleaning included in the costs?

Cleaning charges are included as a separable cost in the hire fee however the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival  being tidy and relatively clean. Any used crockery, cutlery, and utensils, must be washed and put away. The dishwasher should be emptied, the BBQ should be cleaned thoroughly and the refrigerator & freezer left as found, empty and clean. Any rubbish should be bagged and placed in the bins outside. - View our terms & conditions


FAQ: Do we need to bring our own linen?

Yes - our beach house is self-contained and all beds are provided with quilts and pillows however tenants are required to supply all their own linen – including sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, bath mats etc. - View our terms & conditions.


FAQ: Is there a supermarket facility near by?

Yes - there is a well stocked Foodland supermarket at Normanville ( 2 km drive ) from Carrickalinga.
